About the Role

Intern ‐ Auto Lab

(Based at Biyagama)

MAS KREEDA, is a division of MAS Holdings, exclusively producing high-performance sportswear for Nike. With manufacturing facilities in Jordan, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka, MAS KREEDA delivers a competitive edge by offering quick market access and ensuring top-tier quality control. The division's product range includes Bodywear, Knit, Fleece, Tees, Woven, Sweaters, Engineered Knit, and Bras, showcasing its diverse expertise in sportswear manufacturing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify opportunities to improve SMV and streamline production processes.
  • Apply GSD, conduct thread calculations, and develop accurate style files.
  • Collaborate with engineers and mechanics to create automation solutions.
  • Prepare Standard Time Work (STW) and effective production layouts.

 

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS 

  • Following a Degree in Physical Science, Engineering from a recognized university or NDT Diploma or SLITA or Textile Management.
  • Textile and clothing background would be preferable. 
  • Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset.
  • Strong knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools.
  • Good communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with the stakeholders at all levels.
