About the Role

Stiamo cercando uno/a stagista motivato/a e curioso/a da inserire all’interno del team Sustainability Reporting. La risorsa supporterà le attività della funzione contribuendo alla gestione di progetti legati alla sostenibilità ambientale, sociale e di governance (ESG), con l’obiettivo di integrare sempre più la sostenibilità nella strategia e nelle operazioni aziendali.
 

Responsabilità principali:

  • Supporto nella raccolta, analisi e rendicontazione di dati ESG, inclusi i KPI di sostenibilità ambientale, sociale e di governance.
  • Collaborazione alla redazione del Bilancio di Sostenibilità
  • Supporto nella compilazione e finalizzazione dei principali indici ESG internazionali (es. CDP, EcoVadis, etc) e di questionari specifici richiesti da Clienti.
  • Contributo alla mappatura e al monitoraggio delle normative europee e internazionali in ambito sostenibilità (es. CSRD, ESRS, EU Taxonomy).
  • Supporto nella gestione di progetti cross-funzionali (es. due diligence on human rights, donations projects, sustainability academy).
  • Collaborazione con le funzioni interne (Operation, Procurement, HR, HSE) per promuovere varie iniziative di sostenibilità.
  • Ricerca e benchmark su best practice di sostenibilità nel settore industriale.

Requisiti necessari:

  • Formazione in ambito sostenibilità — Laurea o corso di specializzazione su tematiche di sostenibilità e normative vigenti in Europa.
  • Conoscenza delle lingue — Molto buona conoscenza dell’inglese; fluente nel parlato.
  • Competenze analitiche — Capacità di analisi dati, attenzione al dettaglio, precisione.
  • Competenze digitali — Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e PowerPoint.
  • Interesse per la sostenibilità — Motivazione a sviluppare specifiche competenze nel campo ESG e nella rendicontazione non finanziaria.
  • Capacità relazionali — Attitudine alla collaborazione con team interfunzionali e alla gestione di progetti.
