Market Research / Business Development (M/F)
Internship – México 

 

Terresis is seeking a Market Research / Business Development Intern to join our team. The intern will be responsible for supporting business development efforts to expand our presence in the Latin American market. This includes focusing on Manufacturing Industries, High-Performance Materials, and Chemistry sectors.

As a Market Research / Business Development Intern, you will gain valuable experience by working closely with our Regional Technical Sales Manager and other key stakeholders, identifying opportunities, building relationships, and helping the company grow its customer base.

 

Key Responsibilities

Market Research & Business Development

  • Develop a strong understanding of Terresis’ product portfolio and the applications it serves.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging sales opportunities, market trends, and target applications.
  • Research and identify potential customers in the Manufacturing Industries, High-Performance Materials, and Chemistry industries across Latin America.

Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Generate, identify, and qualify new leads and sales prospects.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on prospecting these initiatives and special projects.

Collaboration & Strategic Projects

  • Work closely with Regional Technical Sales Managers to identify new customer-specific solutions.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support business development initiatives and customer projects.
  • Contribute to special projects that support sales growth and market expansion objectives. 

 

 

Profile :

Required Profile

Candidates should be currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Materials Science, Chemistry, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, with a preference for Chemistry backgrounds.

Strong interest in business development, sales, and the construction materials industry, and possesses excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

Outgoing, self-motivated, proactive, and driven, with a natural aptitude for sales and relationship building.

The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team is essential, since this position is fully remote.

Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field is considered an advantage.

 

Command of English and Spanish is required.
