Descripción del empleo
Nos encontramos en la búsqueda de Aprendiz en carreras administrativas o afines que desee realizar su etapa práctica y fortalecer sus conocimientos en un entorno dinámico y de aprendizaje.
Principales funciones
- Apoyar los procesos de contratacion y administrativos del área.
- Organizar y archivar documentación de personal.
- Apoyar la elaboración y actualización de regitsros en MySGS
- Apoyar las actividades asignadas por el área de contratacion como parte de su proceso de formación.
Requisitos
- Ser estudiante de Tecnico o Tecnologo en procesos administrativos, gestion documental o carreras afines.
- Contar con el aval de la institución educativa para iniciar la etapa práctica mediante contrato de aprendizaje.
- No haber firmado anteriormente un contrato de aprendizaje.
- Manejo básico de herramientas de Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel.
- Actitud de aprendizaje, responsabilidad, organización y orientación al detalle.
