About the Role

HR Executive / HR Generalist (Onsite)

Location: Bengaluru – HSR Layout or Indiranagar
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused HR professional to manage end-to-end HR functions from our Bengaluru office. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR operations, and compliance while fostering a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding

  • Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures

  • Handle employee relations and address workplace concerns effectively

  • Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality

  • Support performance management and appraisal processes

  • Coordinate employee training and development programs

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

  • Manage payroll coordination, attendance, and leave records

  • Drive employee engagement and workplace culture initiatives

  • Collaborate with leadership to support organizational growth and HR strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

  • 1–5 years of HR experience preferred

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

  • Experience with HRMS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Good understanding of Indian labor laws and HR best practices

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced office environment

Candidates with little or no prior HR experience are encouraged to apply. Suitable freshers will be considered for an HR Internship to gain practical experience, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time HR role based on performance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA/PGDM in Human Resources

  • Experience working in startups or growing organizations

  • HR certification (e.g., SHRM, HRCI)
