Internship - Quality Department

 

 

Overview:

Selected interns will have the opportunity to work on real-world, value-driven project in the Quality Department, based on their background, skills, and interests as assessed by the hiring managers during the interview process.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support for Quality Engineers (e.g. TO notes for stock return/shipment, compliance related tasks);

  • System execution, including stock Control of NG location, stock take, scrap forms, and system transactions;

  • Updating Cost of Poor Quality (CoPQ), Quality Escapes, and Quality Complaints in the ShopFloor Meeting (SFM) Cockpit and TeamSpace;

  • Joining the audit with Engineer & preparing audit reports and following up on actions with the TPU teams;

  • Supporting Engineers with daily problem-solving activities;

  • Monitoring the QMS system and other ad hoc tasks as required;

Role Requirements:

  • Open to 6-month internship fulltime in the company;

  • Final-year students in Mechanical/ Electronics Engineering or related fields; fresh graduates may also be considered;

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint, good in pivot table and data analysis;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

  • Good communication and fluent in written/ spoken English;
