Responsibilities:

Utilize your experience in research, reporting, and analysis to identify gaps and opportunities within compensation programs.

Qualifications:

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, finance, accounting, mathematics, or a related field.

Ability to maintain the privacy and confidentiality of employee personnel records, including personal and compensation information.
