You will work alongside experienced engineers on real-world projects, gain hands-on software development experience, and contribute to building and improving products used by customers around the world.</span></p><ul><li><p><span>Design, develop, test, and maintain software functionality for our products and services</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work with technologies including Java, Kotlin, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, C++, C#, and SQL</span></p></li><li><p><span>Collaborate closely with experienced Software Engineers in a dynamic Agile environment</span></p></li><li><p><span>Utilize AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity, software quality, and engineering workflows</span></p></li><li><p><span>Contribute to implementing new features, enhancements, and bug fixes across different components of our platform</span></p></li><li><p><span>Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and technical discussions</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work independently on solutions for specified requirements</span></p></li><li><p><span>Be responsible for adhering to time and quality specifications</span></p></li><li><p><span>Monitor technology trends and AI-assisted engineering practices and make proposals for improvement</span></p></li></ul><h5>Requirements</h5><ul><li><p><span>You are currently enrolled in a university program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field</span></p></li><li><p><span>Mandatory internship is part of your curriculum and will be used for this position</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong interest in software development, modern engineering practices, and AI-assisted development</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid programming experience in one or more of the following technologies: Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, TypeScript, C++, or C#</span></p></li><li><p><span>Basic understanding of SQL and data-driven applications is a plus</span></p></li><li><p><span>Solid experience with version control systems such as Git</span></p></li><li><p><span>Understanding of object-oriented programming principles, Clean Code, and software design fundamentals</span></p></li><li><p><span>Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to work independently as well as within a team</span></p></li><li><p><span><strong>Fluency in English</strong></span></p></li><li><p><span>Nice to have: Experience with React and modern web development frameworks</span></p></li><li><p><span>Nice to have: Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or similar</span></p></li><li><p><span>Nice to have: Familiarity with backend development and REST APIs</span></p></li><li><p><span>Nice to have: Experience with Agile software development methodologies</span></p></li><li><p><span>Nice to have: Previous experience through personal projects, open-source contributions, student projects, or internships</span></p></li></ul><h5><strong>What we offer</strong></h5><ul><li><p>The contract location will be&nbsp;<strong>Göppingen, Germany</strong></p></li><li><p><strong>Make an impact!</strong> Take ownership of your own projects and contribute meaningfully to international initiatives.
