Active negotiation of quotes and contracts as well as operational work in our procurement and ERP systems are in the scope of the role.<br></span></p><ul><li><p><span> Execution of operational procurement activities in close cooperation with all our subsidiaries in EMEA, APAC, and the US in close contact with the headquarters in Germany</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work across all procurement categories such as IT- and office supplies or external services like consultancy, training agreements, or marketing activities</span></p></li><li><p><span>Work in an end-to-end sourcing process considering demands, quote comparison, negotiations, and orders</span></p></li><li><p><span>Explore sustainable and innovative procurement potential areas</span></p></li></ul><h5>Requirements</h5><ul><li><p><span>Enrolled student (all genders) or graduate in the field of Economics or any related subject</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to gain hands-on experience in the field of Sourcing/Procurement and in negotiating supplier quotes and contracts</span></p></li><li><p><span>Good understanding of IT hardware and also non-IT related commodities, goods, and services</span></p></li><li><p><span>Very good English skills</span></p></li><li><p><span>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial</span></p></li><li><p><span>Data-driven mindset and experience with Procurement KPIs</span></p></li><li><p><span>Strong social and communication skills as well as the ability to work within a team and/or independently</span></p></li></ul><h5><strong>What we offer</strong></h5><ul><li><p>The work location is our office in <strong>Yerevan, Armenia</strong></p></li><li><p>We offer <strong>flexible</strong> work arrangements and home office options</p></li><li><p><strong>Make an impact!</strong> Take on the responsibility and work on your own projects.
