Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine/n Werkstudent AI (m/w/d) für den Standort Magdeburg.

Deine Aufgaben sind:

  • Unterstützung des AI-Teams beim Aufbau und Test KI-gestützter Lösungen für priorisierte Anwendungsfälle
  • Mitarbeit an Themen wie BOM-/PSBOM-Automatisierung, Lieferantenspezifikationen, KI-gestützten Konstruktionszeichnungen, Projekt-BOM, SAP-Reporting, internationalen Steuerfällen und Vertragsprüfungen 
  • Aufnahme von Anforderungen und Validierung der Ergebnisse mit Business Ownern aus Engineering, Supply Chain, Projektmanagement, Finance & Controlling, Legal und Customer Support 
  • Entwicklung und Test einfacher Prototypen und "Proofs of Concept" mit modernen KI-Tools und Plattformen 
  • strukturierte Dokumentation von Vorgehensweisen, Methoden und Ergebnissen. 
  • Unterstützung der AI-Koordination bei Priorisierung, Fortschrittsverfolgung und Steuerung des Backlogs 
  • Identifikation weiterer KI-Anwendungsfälle und Verbesserungspotenziale in den Fachbereichen 
  • Präsentation von Zwischenergebnissen, Einholung von Feedback und iterative Weiterentwicklung 
  • Beobachtung relevanter KI-Tools, Methoden und Best Practices sowie Übernahme weiterer rollenbezogener Aufgaben

Dei Profil:

  • aktuell eingeschriebener Bachelor- oder Masterstudent in Informatik, Data Science, Künstlicher Intelligenz, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang 
  • Erfahrung mit modernen KI-Tools bzw. Large Language Models wie Claude oder ChatGPT; grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse, z. B. in Python, sind von Vorteil 
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. C1-Niveau) und Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B1-Niveau)
  • erste praktische Erfahrungen mit KI-, Automatisierungs- oder Datenprojekten, z. B. durch Studium, Praktika, "Hackathons" oder eigene Projekte 
  • Interesse an Unternehmensprozessen in Engineering, Supply Chain, Projektmanagement, Finance, Legal oder Customer Support und deren Unterstützung durch KI 
  • Fähigkeit, fachliche Problemstellungen schnell zu verstehen und daraus einfache, funktionsfähige KI-Prototypen abzuleiten 
  • strukturierte, selbstständige und neugierige Arbeitsweise sowie sicherer Umgang mit unklaren Anforderungen und wechselnden Prioritäten 
  • gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, lokaler Teambezug in Magdeburg und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Business Ownern; internationale Erfahrung ist willkommen 
  • praxisorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Hands-on-Mentalität
