Internship Assignment: Full Time – Summer 2027

Start date: 05/17/2027

Learn and develop the skills needed to navigate CMMS and drawing systems to improve inventory management and the reliability of critical assets
-
Develop a process similar to ESB’s for a primary project focused on a “Reliability Challenge”
-
Create a tool for SMEs to use routinely to identify areas of risk and opportunities for improvement before downtime occurs
-
Design the process to be simple and user-friendly for consistent application
-
Ensure the project captures both downtime risks and improvement opportunities
-
Incorporate enhancements to LOTOTO plans specific to each asset within the process
Internship Qualifications:
-
Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5
-
Must have completed 30 or more credit hours by the end of the spring 2027 semester
-
Must be a full-time student attending an accredited two-year or four-year college/university
-
Preferred majors: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related
-
Basic experience in mechanical and/or electrical print reading
