Shared Services Intern

We are searching for a Shared Services Intern at our Headquarters facility in Tuscaloosa, AL.

The primary responsibility of the Shared Services Intern is to support Shared Services in completing routine daily tasks and special projects. The role will be heavily focused on supplier invoice processing, customer service and clerical work.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

- Process supplier invoices through workflow system 
 - Monitor invoice approvals in the workflow
 - Investigate and resolve past due invoices 
 - Resolve daily supplier and employee inquiries about payments
 - Assist with new supplier administration
 - Assist on special projects as needed
 - Clerical Work


Required Qualifications:
 - High school diploma or GED
 - Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite
 - Current undergraduate or graduate student in Accounting, Finance, or related field
 - Well-developed communication and people skills
 - Ability to effectively work in a team environment
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, personal computer technology skills, and office software experience
