Job Purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Digital Commerce Intern to support the Digital Commerce team across data management, business reporting, affiliate operations, and administrative support.

This role provides hands-on exposure to e-commerce analytics, dashboard management, affiliate marketing, creator commerce, and cross-functional business operations. The ideal candidate is passionate about data, digital commerce, and leveraging insights to drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Analysis (50%)

• Collect, consolidate, validate, and maintain data from e-commerce platforms, affiliate channels, retailers, and internal systems.
• Perform regular data cleansing and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support analysis of key Digital Commerce KPIs, including sales, traffic, conversion, assortment, pricing, and promotions.
• Support data governance and ensure consistency across reporting sources.

2. Affiliate Operations Support (30%)

• Maintain affiliate performance trackers, creator databases, and campaign calendars.
• Coordinate with affiliate agencies, creators, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution of campaigns.
• Monitor affiliate sales performance, content delivery, and campaign KPIs.
• Identify top-performing creators and support optimization opportunities through performance analysis.

3. Administrative Support (10%)

• Maintain team trackers, documentation, SOPs, and shared files.
• Coordinate meetings, schedules, and follow-up on action items.
• Support invoice tracking, budget monitoring, purchase requests, and other operational administration activities.

Why You?

We are looking for students who have these business skills & competencies:

• Final-year student or fresh graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, Data Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields
• Strong analytical and numerical skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis).
• Knowledge of Power Query, SQL, or reporting automation tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiarity with marketplace platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop is a plus
• Good organizational and project coordination skills.
