What this opportunity involves:

As a Program Manager focused on Process Excellence, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming how we deliver value to our clients and operate internally. This position centers on evaluating existing workflows and processes through scientific methodologies to identify and implement meaningful enhancements. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to refine delivery strategies, optimize vendor performance management, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that make a tangible difference. Your work will span business management, customer engagement, and program execution, requiring you to build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders while maintaining a sharp focus on data-driven decision making. An overview of the role:

  • Evaluate existing workflows and processes using scientific methodologies to identify enhancement opportunities, with particular focus on delivery strategy and vendor performance management

  • Create detailed implementation roadmaps based on thorough analysis and collaborate with mentors to refine processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives

  • Partner with business function owners to understand prevailing management reviews and processes, then identify and implement improvement opportunities that drive measurable results

  • Build strategic partnerships with key function owners to enable cross-functional collaboration and integration across teams and geographies

  • Establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, understanding their needs and working collaboratively to address challenges

  • Analyze customer touchpoints, helpdesk tickets, and customer response metrics to identify data-driven improvement opportunities and implement solutions

  • Develop comprehensive program plans and support execution phase governance, ensuring all initiatives stay on track and deliver expected outcomes

  • Establish robust reporting processes and share detailed progress reports throughout program lifecycle until successful closure

  • Deliver high-quality work that consistently meets established timelines and exceeds program expectations

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills that enable you to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels

  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, with strong capability in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis

  • Agility and flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs while maintaining focus on outcomes

  • Integrity and passion for continuous learning, with a growth mindset that drives personal and professional development

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and drive consensus across diverse teams

  • Passion for real estate and familiarity with commercial real estate operations or industry trends (preferred)
