What You'll Do
We're looking for a designer who
understands that good design is more than making things look beautiful. It's
about communicating ideas clearly, building trust, and creating consistency
across every interaction with our brand.
You will work closely with the
Head of Design and the UI/UX Designer to build and evolve Anthrobyte's visual
identity across marketing, digital, print, and internal communications.
This role is ideal for someone
who enjoys variety. One week you may be designing a campaign for LinkedIn, the
next developing a brochure for enterprise clients, creating employee onboarding
kits, preparing conference materials, or contributing to the visual language of
our AI products.

agency or fast-paced design environment, you'll likely feel at home here.
What You'll Make
— Brand & Visual
Identity - Apply and evolve Anthrobyte's
visual identity across all brand touchpoints.Ensure
consistency in typography, colour, layout, illustration, iconography, and
visual language. Maintain high standards of visual quality across every
deliverable. Help build and document brand guidelines as the company grows.
— Marketing &
Digital Content - Design social media creatives,
campaign assets, blog graphics, presentations, email banners, thumbnails, and
digital advertisements.Create visual assets that communicate complex ideas in a
simple and engaging way. Support thought leadership initiatives through
compelling visual storytelling.Assist in planning, creating, and publishing
content across Anthrobyte's social media platforms when required.
— Print & Enterprise Collateral - Design brochures, company profiles, event materials,
employee ID cards, onboarding kits, stationery, exhibition assets, and other
branded collateral.Create templates that enable consistency across internal and
external communications.Prepare production-ready artwork for print and digital
distribution.
— Product Collaboration - Work closely with the UI/UX Designer to translate
Anthrobyte's brand language into product interfaces.Create illustrations,
icons, infographics, diagrams, and supporting visual assets for enterprise AI
products.Ensure visual consistency between our marketing presence and product
experiences.
— AI-Enabled Creative Workflows - Leverage AI tools to accelerate ideation, concept
exploration, image generation, visual storytelling, video creation, and
production workflows.Write effective prompts to produce high-quality creative
outputs while maintaining Anthrobyte's visual standards.Stay up to date with
emerging AI creative tools and identify opportunities to improve quality,
speed, and consistency across design work.
Requirements
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving
communication challenges through visual design.You understand that every
colour, layout, illustration, and graphic should have a purpose.
You bring:
— Knowledge in Graphic Design, Brand Design, Communication
Design, or Visual Design.
— A portfolio demonstrating strong visual craft and design
thinking.
— Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and
Canva.
— Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour
theory, composition, visual hierarchy, and branding principles.
— Ability to create clear, engaging infographics and
visualise complex ideas.
— Knowledge in designing both digital and print assets.
— Strong attention to detail and consistency across every
touchpoint.
— Ability to manage multiple design requests while
maintaining quality.
Bonus Points
— Previous experience in a branding or creative agency.
— Hand-drawn illustration or sketching skills.
— Knowledge in creating content for LinkedIn and other B2B
social media platforms.
— Familiarity with Framer.
— Proficiency with modern AI creative tools such as Veo,
Flow, Higgsfield, and similar platforms.
— Strong prompting skills and an understanding of how to
integrate AI effectively into the creative process.
— Motion graphics, animation, or video editing experience.
