As a Global Growth & Communications Assistant, you’ll contribute to shaping presence and fostering growth and help create communications content while ensuring that projects are monitored on a regular basis.

Global Communications:

• Audit existing communication channels and contribute to the development and maintenance of internal communication platforms (SharePoint)
• Coordinate operational communication projects: produce editorial content for various platforms such as social media posts, newsletter, website content, and monitor trends; and support the execution of global
• Support the execution of global communication campaigns across various channels, including internal leadership emails, press relations, and website content
• Support the Global Communication team in gathering and analyzing key indicators, benchmark industry trends

Growth: 

• Track and monitor pitch and prospecting opportunities, ensuring timely follow-up
• Follow up on project coordination and budget adherence against established documentation
• Support the development of compelling pitch descriptions and proposals

Could this be you? 

• Education: Master's level degree (Bac+5) with a specialization in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Media, or Digital Production
• Technical skills: Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Analytical and synthesis abilities, creative mindset
• Curious, proactive, detail‑oriented, rigorous
• Project Management skills
• Proficient in English: C2 level (Spannish is a plus)
