About the Role

About the Role

As part of our product range improvement initiatives, we are looking for a Design Project Engineer Apprentice to support the maintenance and update of design documentation in compliance with applicable regulations and internal design control procedures.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the update and maintenance of design files and technical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and internal procedures.
  • Coordinate activities with cross-functional teams (R&D, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Manufacturing, etc.) to ensure design documentation is complete and up to date.
  • Prepare and maintain design deliverables, including:
    • Traceability matrices
    • Technical documentation
    • User manuals and operating instructions
    • Design records and related documentation
  • Organize and facilitate project meetings with stakeholders.
  • Prepare meeting minutes and track action plans.
  • Contribute to risk management activities and design control processes.

Profile

Education

  • Master's degree (Master's level) or Engineering degree in progress.
  • Background in Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Skills

  • Project management knowledge.
  • Understanding of risk analysis methodologies (FMEA).
  • Knowledge of ISO 13485 standards and quality management systems for medical devices.
  • Basic technical knowledge in:
    • Electrical systems
    • Mechanical systems
    • Hydraulics
    • Automation/Control systems

Languages

  • Fluent English (written and spoken).

  • Strong organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Attention to detail and strong documentation skills.
