Job Description

1. Automation Mechanism Design and Development: - Design the mechanical components of automation equipment, ensuring functionality and reliability. - Use CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for mechanical design and drafting. 2. Equipment Installation and Commissioning: - Responsible for the installation, commissioning, and testing of automation equipment to ensure proper operation. - Perform on-site troubleshooting and maintenance, providing technical support. 3. Design Documentation and Standardization: - Write and maintain design documents, operation manuals, and maintenance guides. - Ensure designs comply with company standards and industry regulations. 4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration: - Collaborate with production, testing, and quality assurance departments to ensure the design and application of automation equipment meet production requirements. - Participate in requirements analysis and feasibility assessments, providing technical recommendations. 5. Continuous Improvement and Innovation: - Participate in research on new technologies and methods to enhance the performance and reliability of automation equipment. - Propose improvement suggestions to optimize existing equipment and processes.
