We’re looking for a Data Analyst & Administrator Trainee to join us in Lisbon, Portugal.

Your Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Global Quality team. This role focuses on data analytics and programming, leveraging SQL, Python, Power BI, and dashboard deployment. The ideal candidate will support the team in enhancing data-driven decision-making processes and improving the quality management system.

The role of Data Analyst & Administrator Trainee will involve:

• • Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize SQL and Python to extract, clean, and analyze data from various sources. Generate insights and reports to support quality management initiatives.  

  • Dashboard Development: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI to visualize key quality metrics and trends. Ensure dashboards are user-friendly and provide actionable insights.  

  • Programming and Automation: Develop scripts and tools in Python to automate data processing and reporting tasks. Enhance efficiency and accuracy of data handling.  

  • Quality Data Management: Assist in maintaining and improving the quality data infrastructure. Ensure data integrity and consistency across different systems.  

  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions. Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to stakeholders.  

Your Experience

• • Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.  

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Strong programming skills in Python for data analysis and automation. o  Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.  

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights. Strong problem-solving skills.  

  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data handling and reporting.  

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present data findings clearly and concisely.  

  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.  

It would be desirable if you had:

• • Experience with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau).  

  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning techniques.  

  • Familiarity with quality management systems and standards.

Role Details

Hybrid Model - 2 days a week in the office, 3 days from home.
