About the Role

Rattaché(e) au Responsable Administratif et Financier, vous participerez au pilotage financier et à l’analyse de la performance d’une activité retail et production en croissance. Vous contribuerez à la fiabilisation des reportings, à l’amélioration des outils de pilotage et découvrirez les mécanismes financiers et comptables opérationnels d’une entreprise en développement.

Missions :

  • Production et analyse des reportings hebdomadaires et mensuels retail (CA, volumes, mix produits, KPI)

  • Préparation des reportings financiers mensuels et mise à jour des rolling forecasts, analyse des écarts vs budget, forecast vs N-1

  • Analyse et fiabilisation de la comptabilité analytique (qualité, cohérence, suivi des flux)

  • Participation ponctuelle aux activités comptables opérationnelles pour comprendre les flux et leur impact sur la performance

  • Réalisation d’analyses ad hoc selon les besoins du management

  • Contribution à l’amélioration et l’automatisation des outils de reporting

Impacts et responsabilités

  • Pilotage et analyse financière d’une activité retail

  • Exposition aux processus comptables réels, suivi des flux et marges

  • Participation à la structuration et l’amélioration des outils de reporting et forecasts

Profil recherché :

  • Étudiant(e) M1/M2 en finance / contrôle de gestion / audit

  • Très bonne maîtrise Excel

  • Curiosité, rigueur et goût pour le travail opérationnel et analytique

  • Intérêt pour retail, food ou luxe
