Your Key Responsibilities

Co-Op - Thermal Management / Systems Engineering – Fall 2026

The Cooperative Education Student supports the Thermal Management Systems Engineering team by completing assigned projects, participating in hands‑on training, and gaining exposure to engineering and manufacturing processes. This role is designed to provide meaningful professional development while contributing to active design and development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in various systems engineering duties in Thermal Management department.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and task completion.
  • Participate in departmental meetings and contribute to ongoing coolant & refrigerant system projects and initiatives.
  • Perform research on advanced thermal management related topics.
  • Participate in benchmarking activities.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and business needs.

Your Qualifications

  • Must be pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
  • Maintained a 2.5 GPA or higher
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Prior experience in automotive Coolant & Refrigerant Systems is preferred
