About the Role

Join us as a Systems Administrator Trainee (IEFP)!

As a Systems Administrator Trainee you will play a key role in supporting the team’s daily operations and process improvements. This is a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in a leading European technology environment, develop your skills in documentation and incident analysis, and contribute to the smooth functioning of our internal systems.

Key Accountabilities

You will be primarily responsible for:

  • Analyzing incidents and documenting root causes
  • Reviewing and updating Confluence team documentation
  • Reviewing and updating Confluence team processes
  • Reviewing and updating configuration management database (CMDB) information
  • Reviewing Jira incidents and problems

Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required

  • Bachelor’s or Master´s Degree in IT or related fields.
  • Strong documentation skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to learn and apply new concepts quickly
  • Fluency in English (written and oral)
  • Team player with a collaborative attitude
  • Eligible for an IEFP Level VI Internship.
