This position reports into R&D Deployment Senior Manager and is based in Pomezia Santa Palomba.

What you will do

As Materials intern, he/she supports other Scientists on projects to secure Business, ensures compliance, reduces complexity and optimizes costs of our Kenvue raw material chemical portfolio currently on the market. He/She is supporting executing double sourcing qualification and manage properly the change will occur on current raw material portfolio up to the GCC compilation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supplier Driven Change Management
  • Plant Support
  • Dual Source qualification

Operational :

  • Data collection
  • Raw Material Technical Assessment
  • Impact evaluation on Finished Products
  • Technical documentation redaction
  • Develop and own execution of GCC
  • Lab batches execution (screening and GMP)
  • Accelerated stability follow-up

Project management:

  • Meetings organization
  • Kenvue procedures application

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy or related field is preferred
  • Ability to work independently
  • Fluent English
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Ability in term of Problem-solving, Complexity management and Decision-making authority
  • Ability to collaborate with different areas (global cross functional teams, suppliers)
  • Strong passion for science, technology, innovation and problem solving
