Você fará parte do time de Abertura de Contas e atuará diretamente com rotinas operacionais, avaliação de documentos e iniciativas voltadas para excelência, contribuindo para a eficiência e otimização dos processos.

No seu dia a dia, você vai:

  • Analisar e avaliar documentos para abertura de conta;
  • Apoiar projetos de melhoria do processo de onboarding;
  • Contribuir com análises de monitoramento de risco nos processos;
  • Desenvolver estudos para otimização de processos;
  • Atender demandas diversas do setor com foco na qualidade e eficiência;
  • Colaborar com áreas parceiras, resolvendo demandas dos clientes, através de atuações multidisciplinares.

O que buscamos 

Obrigatórios:

  • Cursando Administração, Economia, Ciências Contábeis, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas;
  • Conhecimento intermediário em Excel;
  • Raciocínio analítico e atenção aos detalhes;
  • Comunicação clara e objetiva.

Desejáveis:

  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de análise de dados;
  • Inglês intermediário.
