👩‍💻 ¿A quiénes buscamos?
Estudiantes que tengan el aval de la universidad para realizar su práctica académica en el PRIMER SEMESTRE DE 2027 de carreras como:

  • Ingeniería de Sistemas

  • Ingeniería Electrónica

  • Estadística

  • Matemáticas

  • Economía

  • Administración de Empresas y afines

  • Nociones en ingeniería y ciencia de datos.

  • Visualización de datos y experiencia de usuario.

  • Conocimientos básicos en analítica avanzada (Machine learning y/o Deep Learning)

  • Interés en consultoría

  • Nivel de inglés B2 o superior.

  • Disponibilidad para realizar la práctica de manera híbrida en Bogotá o Medellín.

  • Buena comunicación oral y escrita.

🚀 Algunas de las responsabilidades

  • Acompañar la identificación y consolidación de los requerimientos de datos del equipo y de los squads digitales.

  • Apoyar el desarrollo del negocio mediante el manejo de datos: extracción, transformación, carga, integración y curaduría para el análisis.

  • Apoyar la creación y automatización de procesos para la toma de decisiones, reportería y dashboarding.

  • Desarrollar la capacidad de identificar insights y patrones a partir del análisis de datos.

  • Apoyar el entendimiento de la arquitectura de datos, así como la depuración e ingesta de fuentes estructurada y no estructurada.
