GEAESS is our largest site for engine component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO), responsible for more than 60% of our global repair volume.

Role Overview:

  • Assist the NPI team in the preparation for, conduct of, and data documentation of process trials, repair source substantiation demonstrations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proactive Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering graduates with strong fundamentals in mechanical engineering, drawings, and GD&T, who learn quickly, communicate well, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Required Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering is preferred.

  • Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and Microsoft Office applications.

 Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T, Technical Writing, Lean principles.

  • Able to work independently with initiative, with good communication and collaboration skills.

  • Humble: respectful, receptive, agile, eager to learn.

  • Transparent: shares critical information, speaks with candor, contributes constructively.

  • Focused: quick learner, strategically prioritizes work, committed 

  • Problem solver: analytical-minded, challenges existing processes, critical thinker.
