About the Role

An exciting opportunity for a motivated student to support Intel's Chairman's office in a fast-paced, global corporate environment. This internship offers hands-on exposure to high-level executive operations, cross-functional collaboration, and corporate governance — an ideal launchpad for a career in business or executive support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with calendar management, travel coordination, and daily executive operations
  • Support preparation of correspondence, briefings, and presentation materials
  • Help coordinate meetings, events, and VIP visits
  • Liaise with internal teams including Legal, GA, PR, and the Intel China office
  • Handle confidential information and documentation with discretion
  • Provide onsite administrative and logistical support as needed

Qualifications:

Must Have

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program, graduating within one year
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite & collaboration tools
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Professional, proactive, and able to work with discretion
  • Available at least 3 days per week onsite

Nice to Have

  • MBA candidate or business-related major preferred
  • Overseas study or international background
  • Interest or coursework in high-tech / semiconductor / AI industry
  • Prior internship experience in a corporate or executive support environment
