About the Role

Position Summary...

To apply your knowledge and skills in a practical setting under the direct supervision of a licensed pharmacist.
To help prepare you for your career in the pharmacy profession.

 

 

What you'll do...

1. Discuss your goals and objectives with your Coach. Ask questions, research information, be willing to undertake a variety of tasks.
2. Understand the policies and procedures of the pharmacy site.
3. Familiarize yourselves with program activities and learning objectives.
4. Integrate activities with job-related responsibilities.
5. Meet regularly with your Coach to obtain feedback.
6. Assume responsibility for your own learning.
7. Complete program activities if applicable: OTC scenarios, topic of the week, project of the month, follow ups, pt. consultations, clinics, community outreach.
8. Meet program expectations and deadlines (complete Studentship Planning Guide if applicable, evaluations with your coach (mid-point and final)).

The pay range for this position is $20.15 - $26.42/hr. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
