The successful candidate will play a key role in analyzing our core back office processes, brainstorm/test/trial ideas, and implement solutions with our tech teams to enhance overall operations efficiency.

Job Description
As part of QIMA's Technical Team, you will support the Global Footwear Technical Leader on key projects aimed at improving inspector effectiveness globally. This is a content-driven, technical role with potential onsite exposure, ideal for someone interested in footwear, softlines/apparel, training, and quality.
Training Documentation Development and Deployment
- Support the creation, maintenance, and deployment of on-site and online learning materials
- Assist in developing training content, guides, presentations, and supporting documentation
- Contribute to the development of our Footwear Curriculum and support leather goods training
Micro-Learning Content Creation
- Develop and edit micro-learning content to support technical training initiatives
- Assist with content planning, scripting, formatting, and deployment
Technical Team Support
- Provide support for training sessions, workshops, and competency assessments
- Assist with training logistics, participant coordination, and administrative activities
- Support onsite training sessions and inspector assessments across multiple countries
Audit & Continuous Improvement
- Contribute to the improvement of Technical Audits
- Monitor and improve key technical tools, processes, and reporting effectiveness
Inspection Support
- Provide onsite support to footwear teams across multiple countries
- Help measure inspection report effectiveness and support technical performance improvement
AI Adoption & Innovation
- Champion an AI-first mindset by promoting the use of AI tools and technologies in day-to-day operations
- Encourage experimentation and adoption of AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, strengthen processes, and elevate service quality
Qualifications
- Final-year student or post-graduate in Engineering or equivalent
- An engineering background is required
- A background in softlines/apparel and footwear is strongly preferred, although other engineering backgrounds may also be considered
- Interest in leather goods is a plus
- Rigorous, detail-oriented, and confident working autonomously
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to travel internationally (mostly SEA)
- Fluent in English
- A genuine enthusiasm for Artificial Intelligence and its practical applications is a strong plus
