Lab Technician & Shipping Intern

Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Prepare and attach all required documentation (e.g., invoices, COA, product specifications, declaration letters, FDA permits) to each package prior to shipment.
• Coordinate and execute shipments for various items including R&D flavor samples, prototypes, demo samples for snacks, bakery, confectionery, beverage samples, market samples, lab supplies, and packaging materials.
• Liaise with courier companies (mainly DHL and FedEx) to ensure compliance with complex customs regulations, especially for food-related shipments.
• Resolve shipping issues by verifying details and working closely with courier partners to troubleshoot and solve problems.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure timely replenishment of shipping materials and supplies.
• Coordinate with DG forwarding agents for the safe and compliant dispatch of dangerous goods (DG) samples.
• Maintain shipping area organization through good housekeeping, packaging and weighing items, and preparing accurate labels and airway bills (AWB) for DHL and FedEx.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting tasks.
• High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in preparing documents, calculations, and data entry.
• Strong typing and numerical accuracy for error-free documentation.
• Ability to read and write in Chinese for handling bilingual documentation when required.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills to work seamlessly within the team.
• Willingness to learn shipping processes, including packaging and labeling for various shipment types.
• Excellent time management and sense of urgency to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently
