  • Assist in preparing customs declaration documents for import and export shipments.
  • Ensure shipment documentation is complete before customs submission.
  • Update shipment status and maintain accurate records in CargoWise (CW1) or other customs systems.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to obtain missing shipping documents.
  • Assist in preparing reports, customs records, and operational dashboards.
  • Support customs compliance activities and ensure adherence to Malaysian Customs regulations.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and SOP documentation.
