About the Role

Job Description
- Support EHS Manager to develop EHS Management System refer to SMK3, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
- Support digitalization initiatives
- Evaluate adherence to regulatory requirements, voluntary requirements (e.g., ISO) and GEV.
- Sustain to perform EHS Leading Programs including Regular Patrol, Genba & Stop Work, Investigating Accidents, EHS Induction, Permit to Work and Developing EHS Programs.
- Create regular Flyers and other Virtual EHS information to know Life Saving Rules, EHS Standard & Procedures.
- Involve on the Energy Kaizen / Energy Saving Program to achieve carbon neutrality in our facilities and operations.
- Assist in maintaining EHS KPI dashboard and reporting
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Environmental Engineering.
- Competent with MS Office applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Good technical skills with a systematic and thorough approach to problem solving, strong analytical and problem solving skill.
- Prefer having presentation and videography skill, experience with Canva.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively.
- Well-practiced organizational skills and ability to plan and meet deadlines.
- Maintain flexibility and work independently with minimal supervision Can commit to a minimum 6-month internship
