Inland Operations Intern (12 months)

Key Responsibilities

  • Plans & dispatches trucks for FCL container delivery and pickup according to daily program

  • Monitors and tracks the status of deliveries and pickups according to customer KPI’s

  • Maintains necessary operational records on ERP systems or port & container depot online systems.

  • Builds strong relationships with all stakeholders including drivers.

  • Coordinates with customers & partners to confirm delivery details and address any issues.

  • Handles emergency situations and provide solutions promptly with subcontractor. Starting to backup process in case of any problem about truck & driver for avoid to lost time & cost etc.

We are looking for:

  • New grads open to internship opportunities / 4th year Undergraduate degree

  • Able to work minimum 6 days a week for 12 months

  • Interest in logistics industry, road transportation & fleet management

  • Excellent communication skills in both Turkish & English

  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Flexibility to operate in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Located at İstanbul
