About the Role

The HR Intern will support the Human Resources team in a variety of operational and employee experience activities, including onboarding, internal communications, employee benefits, engagement initiatives, and HR administration. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to different areas of Human Resources while contributing to a positive employee experience and supporting People & Culture initiatives.

 

How will you make an impact?

  • Provide administrative support for HR processes and documentation.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Prepare HR reports, trackers, and data updates.
  • Coordinate meetings, training sessions, and other HR logistics.
  • Support employee files management and compliance-related activities.

 

What will you need to succeed?

  • Proactive and eager to learn with a strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Human Resources and employee experience.
  • Good organizational and time-management skills.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and verbal.
