Mission: As a Rooms Division Intern, you will support the Back Office and Housekeeping teams, gaining hands-on experience in hotel operations, guest service coordination, administrative processes, and quality standards within a luxury hospitality environment.
What will you do?

Support the administrative and operational activities of the Housekeeping and Rooms Division teams.

Assist with room status follow-up, guest requests, and interdepartmental communication.

Help manage departmental records, reports, schedules, and operational documentation.

Support stock control of amenities, uniforms, and Lost & Found processes.

Assist supervisors in monitoring quality standards across guest rooms and public areas.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
What are we looking for?

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Management, or a related field.

Fluent in Portuguese and English.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proactive, hands-on, and eager-to-learn mindset.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Previous professional experience is not required; hospitality internships or academic projects will be valued.
