Your Opportunity

Our Credits & Incentives team is looking for a Co-op or Intern to join for a 4- or 8-month work term. This is a net new role and will own the following responsibilities: 

  • Identifying and researching government funding programs in Canada and the United States
  • Support with inputting a variety of government and private funding programs, following established standards
  • Assist with reviewing and updating the existing data in our platforms
  • Identifying, summarizing, and posting news items following established standards
  • Support with special projects and data-entry tasks as assigned by the Data Team Lead
  • Other Data-entry tasks

  • You are a quick learner with an inquisitive mind - able to comprehend the spectrum of the North American grant and incentive landscape in a range of industries including manufacturing, technology, communities, agriculture, and more
  • You have excellent writing skills and the ability to synthesize complex information effectively; you can concisely articulate innovative program and project data from a non-business or government perspective, enhancing clarity while maintaining accuracy
  • You share in an inclusive and engaging work environment that develops, retains & attracts talent 
  • You actively participate in the adoption of digital tools and strategies to drive an innovative workplace 
  • You grow your expertise through learning and professional development. 

Preferred Experience and Education 

  • You are working towards a degree or diploma in Humanities, Arts, Social Science or related fields 
  • You demonstrate strong attention to detail, time management, and research skills
  • You have demonstrated client service excellence and have excellent interpersonal skills 
  • You are outgoing, self-confident and able to achieve individual and team objectives  

The expected range of compensation for this role is $54,000 - $64,000.
