About The Company
AI has raised the stakes for enterprise data. Organizations need data they can trust to power decisions, meet regulatory requirements, and build reliable AI. Ataccama helps enterprises create trusted, AI-ready data. The Ataccama ONE platform provides a unified data trust layer for the modern AI stack. It brings together data quality, observability, governance, lineage, and reference and master data management so organizations can understand their data, manage risk, and maintain confidence in the information that drives their business. Unlike fragmented data management tools that only detect problems, Ataccama uses an agentic approach to help teams act on them. The ONE AI Agent works as a digital data steward that helps identify issues, generate quality rules, and resolve problems across the data estate. Leading enterprises rely on Ataccama to reduce risk, support regulatory compliance, and deliver trusted data for analytics, operations, and AI.
About the Role

Ataccama is the agentic data trust company. Organizations worldwide rely on Ataccama ONE, the agentic data trust platform, to ensure data is accurate, accessible, and trusted for every decision and system. Powered by the ONE AI Agent, Ataccama ONE brings autonomy to data quality and governance, continuously monitoring, improving, and explaining the reliability of data across complex enterprise and multi-agent environments. At the core of the platform is Ataccama’s market-leading data quality, with modules built around it to unify data quality monitoring, catalog, lineage, observability, and reference data management, ensuring data is consistent and explainable. This quality-first foundation makes data the engine of trust, powering AI, analytics, and operations with confidence.

Recognized as a Leader in the 2026 Gartner Magic Quadrant for Augmented Data Quality and positioned furthest in Completeness of Vision, Ataccama continues to set the standard for enterprise-grade data trust.

We're a friendly and collaborative team where you can learn, experiment, and grow your skills while working on real projects that matter.

At Ataccama, we care about helping engineers grow, whatever stage they're at. This part-time role is focused on learning and mentorship, with hands-on work on our products from the start. It's a good fit for students who want practical experience alongside their studies, and it's open to anyone looking for flexible part-time work while they build their frontend skills.

What you’ll do:
  • Build intuitive, high-quality user interfaces for our cloud-based data management platform using Typescript and React.
  • Collaborate with UX and backend teams to turn ideas into functional, elegant experiences.
  • Learn how enterprise-scale applications are tested, optimized, and released.
  • Work closely with experienced mentors who'll guide your technical and professional growth
  • Work with AI coding agents like Claude Code as part of your everyday workflow, and learn how to use them well.

Is this you?
  • You're building your frontend skills, whether through a Computer Science or related degree, self-study, personal projects, or early work experience.
  • You're comfortable writing JavaScript / TypeScript, and you've used it to build things yourself, not just to follow along in class.
  • You've built something with a component framework like React. A course project counts, as long as you've gone past a single tutorial.
  • You can show us something you've built, like a GitHub repo, a side project, a deployed app, or a portfolio. It doesn't have to be polished or finished.
  • You enjoy combining creativity with logic to make great user experiences.
  • You like collaborating in teams and learning from feedback.

What we offer:
  • Flexible part-time role (10–20 hours/week) with room to adjust around your studies.
  • Mentorship from experienced engineers who will guide your growth and share real-world know-how.
  • Hands-on experience working on projects that impact enterprise customers worldwide.
  • Exposure to modern technologies, engineering best practices, and global-scale software development.
  • Access to internal training resources, workshops, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Access to paid AI tools
  • Opportunity to participate in team meetings and company events, connecting with colleagues across the globe.
  • A friendly, informal atmosphere where your ideas are welcome, and learning is part of the everyday culture.
  • Valuable experience that can set you up for future career opportunities, including potential full-time roles.
  • Shared company cards for free entrance to Prague Zoo & Botanical garden
  • Company bikes, longboards, e-scooters
  • Company library, where you can even suggest the best educational books for us to order
  • Kitchens stocked with fresh fruit and juice, teas, and the best coffee

Our stack:

Our frontend is built with React and TypeScript in an Nx monorepo. We use TanStack Router for routing, React Hook Form with Zod for forms, and GraphQL with Apollo Client for data. All of it sits on top of Flamingo, our own design system. For testing, we use Vitest, Testing Library, and Playwright.

Our codebase is set up to work well with AI coding agents, so tools like Claude Code are a normal part of how we build.

You've almost certainly not used all of these, and that's fine. We'll teach you the stack as you go, and curiosity matters far more to us than a checklist.
