About the Role

Job Description

The Consumer Lending Tribe is dedicated to the development, management and harmonization of Consumer Lending products (Personal loan and “Cessione del Quinto"), services and processes, focusing on customer experience, profitability and effective cost management.

The Consumer Lending Stageur will work in a team within the Agile organization, collaborating with other stakeholders to achieve the Tribe's purpose and will be engaged in supporting the team in the development and release of new solutions to ensure the improvement of customer value services.

The stagiaire, working as a Customer Journey Expert in Agile Way of Working, as a part of the squad, has end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of the solutions. He/she provides functionals support to the squad through accurate analysis of the requirements provided by stakeholders.

Position requires good attitude for analysis, communication skills, excellent knowledge of written and spoken English, an orientation to detail and process. This position also demands the ability to work collaboratively in multi-functional and international teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Starting with requirements, support the identification of IT impacts on the different applications and processes
  • Support to reporting activities
  • Collaborate with the squads to learn how to translate business requirements in delivery requirements
  • Support the validation together with business functionalities according to strategic operating models
  • Monitoring the market offer by benchmarking competitors

Competencies:

  • He/she is a young graduate with a brilliant track record in economics or law
  • Good knowledge of Office package, in particular Power Point and Excel
  • Fluent in English

Basic knowledge of banking market and consumer lending products is a plus

Durata tirocinio: 6 mesi

Location: Milan (hybrid)

Reimburment: 1500€net/month
