How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?


 

We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Intern to join our local HR team and cooperate with the Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (CoE). In this role, you will work on the transformation project focusing on the end-to-end management of internship programs and the implementation of a standardized HR process across our international perimeter. You will act as a key point of contact for interns and a strategic bridge between universities and our international stakeholders.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Internship Program Governance: oversee the “progetto formativo” implementation for interns, serving as the primary administrative and organizational reference for all trainees.

  • University Relations: manage and update internship agreements and maintain active contact with target universities to establish a detailed process.

  • Sourcing & Recruitment Support: support the TA team for job postings, candidate screening, and active sourcing. Support the interview process for fresh graduate talent.

  • Project Management & Implementation: support the implementation of the newly established HR process for internship programs. Manage project timelines and ensure seamless alignment with international stakeholders. Provide data-oriented support using Sheets and other digital tools to structure project tracking and meet KPIs.


 

Are you a MATCH?


 

  • Fluency in English.

  • Background in Economics, Management, or Social studies.

  • Strong organizational skills with a data-oriented and proactive mindset.

  • Proficiency with digital and GenAI tools (Microsoft/Google Suite, Gemini/AI Tools).

  • Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or HR project management is a plus.
