To support the development of visual creative assets across marketing campaigns, internal communications, digital platforms, and corporate initiatives.

This role focuses on producing high-quality, brand-aligned visual materials for quick-turnaround and always-on requirements, while supporting larger campaign executions under the direction of the Brand & Creative team.

The role requires strong design fundamentals, proficiency in relevant design tools, and openness to leveraging AI-powered creative tools to enhance productivity and asset development efficiency.

The Junior Graphic Designer operates within the Brand & Creative team and supports campaign and asset development across brand, product GTM, health initiatives, internal communications, and channel marketing needs.

The role works closely with:

  • Manager, Brand & Creative
  • Senior Manager, Brand & Creative
  • Social & Digital team (for platform-specific adaptations)
  • Corporate Communications (for internal and external materials)
  • Performance Marketing (for paid creative formats)

Strategic campaign direction and final creative approvals remain at Manager and Senior Manager levels. This role focuses on execution, adaptation, and production of visual assets within established brand and creative guidelines.

Key Accountabilities

Creative Asset Development

Design and produce visual assets including digital banners, social media visuals, email creatives, presentation materials, posters, event backdrops, and other marketing collateral.

Campaign Asset Adaptation

Adapt master campaign creatives into required formats and sizes for different platforms and channels.

Ensure layout integrity and visual consistency across variations.

Brand Compliance & Quality Control

Apply brand guidelines, visual identity standards, and typography rules consistently across all materials.

Conduct preliminary checks before submission for approval.

AI- Assisted Creative Production

Utilise approved AI-powered design and creative tools to enhance productivity, generate design variations, support layout exploration, and streamline asset production workflows.

Continuously learn and adopt new tools that improve creative efficiency without compromising brand integrity.

Asset Management & Documentation

Maintain organised file structures, naming conventions, and version control for creative assets.

Ensure easy retrieval and proper documentation of final approved materials.

Qualification and Experience

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, Figma, or equivalent
  • Basic understanding of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy
  • Experience producing digital and print-ready assets
  • Openness and willingness to use AI design tools to improve productivity
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
