What will you do:

1st 3 months:

  • Project monitoring: Ensure project execution at SEC is aligned with customer expectation schedule
  • Align project priorities with control tower plan and make sure all project executed in timely basis
  • Becoming first signal for any issue escalation at supplier side
  • Conduct daily monitoring call together with control tower team for every project discussion and info update 

2nd 3 months:

  • Drive improvement ideas/Kaizen for supplier capacity performance 
  • Improve safety and ergonomics at a Schneider key supplier side
  • Set up the improvement roadmap for each key Schneider supplier
  • Co-collaborate any improvement initiative between supplier and SEC team

What qualifications will make you successful:

  • University students in Industrial Engineering or related majors
  • Preferable with strong organizational background
  • Good communicator in English & Bahasa
  • Strong drive in project management and execution
  • Continuous  Improvement/CI and/or Kaizen experience background is a plus
  • Willing to intern for min. 6 months onsite at Cikarang
  • Willing to mobile work between Cikarang and key supplier (transport provided)
  • Minimum offline academic responsibilities
