Introduction
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the Workplace Experience Intern will support the delivery of a seamless and engaging workplace experience for employees, clients, and visitors. This role offers exposure to workplace operations, event coordination, vendor management, and employee engagement within a dynamic corporate environment.
About the role
Support the planning and execution of workplace events, employee engagement activities, and client-facing initiatives.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery of workplace programs and events.
Assist with meeting room, event space, and workplace experience logistics.
Manage event-related requirements, including catering, materials, and vendor coordination.
Collect and analyse feedback from workplace initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
Track event budgets, expenses, and related reporting.
Support workplace operations and facilities projects that enhance the employee and visitor experience.
Provide administrative and operational support for workplace and facilities initiatives as required.
About You
Currently pursuing an education in Events Management, Business Administration, Hospitality or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an eye for detail
Passionate about creating engaging and inclusive workplace experiences
Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Keen to learn about event planning and workplace culture initiatives within a corporate setting
Eager to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment
