As a Software Developer Representative on the Genesys Cloud team, you will collaborate with a highly skilled group of developers to deliver new product features. You’ll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, high-energy environment that ships great software while maintaining a friendly, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities / Job Duties: In this role, your primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

  • Collaborate with team members to design, develop and maintain testing tools to meet the business needs of our customers,

  • focusing on scalability, availability, and reliability.

  • Write and maintain unit, integration, acceptance and load tests.

  • Participate in collaborative code reviews with other developers.

  • Follow security and privacy best practices in compliance with GDPR and company standards.

  • Adhere to the Genesys Code of Business Conduct and Ethics.

  • Have fun and contribute to a positive team culture!

Required Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline.

  • Knowledge in TypeScript / Javascript and Node.JS development

  • Interest in learning new technologies and integrating them into modern application stacks.

  • Knowlege on technoligies and concepts around AI, like MCP (Model Context Protocol), Agentics, AWS Bedrock

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Proficiency in English; French is a plus.

  • CI/Jenkins knowledge is a plus
