About the Role

Animal Health Switzerland is looking for a motivated and curious intern to join our team for a 6-month full-time internship. The successful candidate will begin in the Finance department, supporting core reporting and analysis activities, and will then gain exposure to other business functions such as Marketing and Operations through a structured rotational program.

This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience, cross-functional learning, and the opportunity to contribute to real business projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Support

  • Support the Swiss Finance Lead and Finance team with P&L tracking, reporting, and monthly close activities

  • Assist with data gathering, reconciliations, and preparation of monthly reporting materials

  • Contribute to variance analysis and commentary on financial results

  • Help maintain reporting trackers and improve data quality

  • Support ad hoc finance tasks and process documentation

Cross-Functional Exposure

  • Rotate into other departments such as Marketing and/or Operations

  • Support selected team activities, routine tasks, and small projects

  • Collaborate with colleagues across functions to understand business priorities and workflows

  • Contribute to analyses, operational initiatives, or process improvements

What We Are Looking For

  • Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills

  • High attention to detail and willingness to learn

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data analysis tools is an advantage

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of German and/or French is a plus
