About The Company
Alan is the prevention insurance. Founded in 2016, Alan is reinventing what health insurance should be: not just covering your employees when they get sick, but helping keep them healthy every day. Alan pairs exceptional insurance and service quality with innovative health services (a virtual clinic available 7 days a week, a medically supervised AI assistant, gamified prevention, no out‑of‑pocket eyewear), which provide access to affordable, personalized care and make prevention effective. All in a single, integrated experience designed for maximum employee adoption and simplified administration for your HR teams, with no intermediaries. Alan also offers plans dedicated to self‑employed workers and public‑sector employees. Over 1 million members trust Alan, across more than 37,000 companies and organizations of all sizes and sectors. With 800+ employees, Alan operates in France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada.
About the Role

Health can’t wait.

Not for symptoms to get worse. Not for a six‑month appointment. Not for a system to catch up. But that’s exactly how healthcare works today. You wait, until you can’t.

Alan exists to end the wait.

Health is a universal right, and we believe this right can only become real when it’s coupled with prevention. We need to stop treating health as something we repair and start treating it as something we build, every day. It’s not solely a question of willpower. It’s the healthcare system itself that needs to work for everyone, in a sustainable way.

So we are building the new standard in prevention insurance. Alan is the first company that integrates insurance, prevention, and care into a single, acclaimed user experience.

We are on an incredible journey to build a global leading company, with a unique culture. We already partner with 40K+ companies of all sizes, serving more than 1M+ members, and have reached €800M+ in ARR.

Prevention as the new norm. That's what we're building with our team of 800+ people. If it speaks to you: we're hiring across France, Spain, Belgium, and Canada. And beyond.

⭐ Brand Associate Internship ⭐

The position is open for a six-month internship.

The Brand Associate joins Alan's Brand team at a pivotal moment: international expansion is accelerating, and the brand needs to scale with it. This role is built to flex across marketing strategy with a creative edge, building the playbooks that will let Alan's brand travel to new countries, launch new products at scale, and show up at the biggest international health event the industry has seen.

You will work in direct contact with Alan's Creative Director (Jérémy Clédat, co-founder & ex-CEO of Welcome to the Jungle) turning ambition into structured, actionable playbooks, and helping shape the team's own roadmap along the way.

⭐ Detailed missions ⭐

As such, you can’t be exhaustive on the missions you will perform as a brand associate, as you can be asked to help on almost any brand related subject.

Possible projects include:

1. Build the International Playbook

  • Develop a recommended strategy on how Alan's brand should show up when entering a new market: M&A integration, hard launch, or partnering with a local provider

  • Interview stakeholders from past expansions (Spain, Belgium, Canada) to capture what worked and what didn't

  • Turn learnings into a reusable, structured playbook that future country launches can pick up and run with

  • Cover brand naming/positioning decisions, local creative adaptation, and go-to-market sequencing for each entry mode

2. Develop the biggest health international event strategy

  • Own the strategic thinking behind Alan annual health event: how do you build the biggest international health event, one that puts Alan's brand and mission on the map globally?

  • Benchmark comparable flagship events (health, tech, and beyond) to identify what makes an event category-defining

  • Build the concept, format, and multi-country activation plan

  • Translate the event’s framing into a concrete, resourced event plan (content, guests, partners, logistics at a strategic level)

3. Build the Product Launch Playbook (GTM)

  • Create a repeatable go-to-market playbook for future product launches: positioning, messaging, channels, sequencing, internal alignment

  • Partner with Product Marketing and Product teams to pressure-test the playbook on a real, upcoming launch

  • Ensure the playbook balances brand consistency with the flexibility needed for different product types and audiences

4. Support the brand’s team and the Creative Director

  • Work in close, daily contact with the Creative Director as a thought partner and executor

  • Support the definition and follow-up of the Brand team's OKRs, bringing structure and rigor to how progress is tracked

  • Help translate the Creative Director's vision into concrete, actionable initiatives across the Brand team

⭐ Profile & competencies ⭐

  • Fluency in spoken and written English: all our communications are written and in English. French is a plus.

  • Analytical sense and critical thinking: brand associate will have a lot of research and analysis to produce. This requires the ability to frame the right questions, objectively analyse and evaluate a problem, and problem-solve including simulating possible outcomes.

  • Business & brand sense: understands what makes a brand credible and a launch successful, and connects that to commercial impact

  • Creative sensibility: Genuine appetite for brand and creative work: can evaluate what makes a concept, a campaign, or an event idea strong. Comfortable partnering with creative profiles without needing to be one.

  • Marketing & GTM fundamentals: good understanding of positioning, messaging, channel strategy, launch sequencing. Able to structure ambiguous, high-level briefs into clear frameworks and playbooks

  • Execution and collaboration: given the scope, volume and timeline of work, the ability to direct people - including oneself - towards a particular objective that may require active orchestration is key.

  • Versatility: comfortable moving between playbook-writing, event strategy, GTM thinking, and OKR structuring in the same week

  • Communicate effectively: works with senior stakeholders (Creative Director, Product Marketing, international leads) and needs to represent ideas clearly and concisely

  • Comfortable with ambiguity: several of these missions start as a blank page — energized by building structure where none exists yet

  • Always looking for the extra-mile: as a brand associate, you will be expected to be able to deliver quickly and well on the tasks assigned to you, but also to be proactive in proposing new initiatives, going beyond the task assigned to you if you think it is necessary, as well as anticipating future needs to propose potential solutions

  • Growth mindset: you know how to ask for and receive feedback in order to grow as an FA in your early professional life.

We welcome applications from candidates with diverse educational backgrounds, including but not limited to:

  • Business schools (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, LSE …)

  • Other relevant fields or schools (Bocconi, Politecnico, TU Delft, UCL, Oxford, Cambridge)

Diplomas matter to an extent but if you don't have one and have built a project, a brand, or a company, we'd love to hear from you, please send your application!
