About the Role

Job Description Summary:

Position Overview:
The PACS Intern will support the Public Affairs, Communications, and Sustainability team in executing communication strategies, stakeholder engagement activities, and sustainability initiatives across the Franchise. This role provides hands-on exposure to corporate communications, public affairs, internal communications, and sustainability programs while contributing to impactful business and brand priorities.

Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the development and execution of internal and external communication materials, including presentations, newsletters, and messaging content.
  • Assist in monitoring media, NGO, government, and stakeholder activities to identify relevant trends and potential business impacts.
  • Support sustainability initiatives and related communication activities across the Franchise.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Sustainability, and Public Affairs to ensure alignment of communications and initiatives.
  • Assist with crisis communication preparation, reporting, and organizational updates as needed.
  • Conduct research and compile insights to support government relations, stakeholder management, and communication strategies.
  • Help track communication effectiveness metrics and prepare summary reports for leadership review

Education Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, Political Science, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.


Related Work Experience:

  • Previous internship, academic project, campus leadership, or volunteer experience related to communications, sustainability, public affairs, marketing, or stakeholder engagement is preferred.
  • Experience working in collaborative team environments is an advantage.

  • Organizational and project coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and digital communication tools
