About the Role

JOB OBJECTIVE:

Support in the maintenance of digital tools (Power BI and platform) to track the Ideas program, Lean Manufacturing evaluation and Clean Desk policy within the Continuous Improvement area.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintain the Ideas program (Verify correct functioning, provide user support, display results)

  • Support in the control and monitoring of the Ideas program

  • Generate reports and dashboards

  • Train users on how to use the platform

  • Collaborate with engineers and other areas

  • User problem identification

 

CONTRIBUTIONS TO THE AREA:

  • Improve the visibility of indicators through reports

  • Provide support in training on the use of the platform

  • Ensure proper follow-up of internal assessments and programs

  • Creation of user guides

 

SKILLS:

  • Programming (essential)

  • Knowledge of databases

  • Power BI or analytics tools (desirable)

  • Analytical thinking

  • Proactivity and teamwork

 

EDUCATION / CAREERS:

Active students of:

  • Systems / IT

  • Industrial Engineering with programming knowledge

  • Computing

  • Data / Information Technology or related fields

This vacancy is exclusively for active students with current academic optional insurance.

  • Mode: In-person
