About the Role
Job Summary

The Human Resource Intern will support the HR team in carrying out day-to-day administrative and operational activities. This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, employee records management, and other HR functions while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Support employee onboarding and orientation activities. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases. Support employee engagement and wellness initiatives.
Assist with attendance tracking and leave administration.
Ensure HR files and documentation are organized and kept confidential.
Provide administrative support for HR meetings and events.
Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by the Human Resource Manager.
