About the Role

Description

Job Summary: Join a dynamic and growing vascular surgery company and gain hands-on experience supporting our Clinical Supply Procurement team. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual interested in supply chain, procurement, and healthcare operations.

In this role, you'll assist with procurement system maintenance, support internal operations, coordinate with vendors, and help ensure timely processing of requests. You'll play an important role in maintaining accurate procurement data and supporting day-to-day supply chain activities.

Supervisory Responsibilities: N/A

Essential Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Process and maintain procurement-related data
  • Support contract lifecycle management activities
  • Perform basic maintenance and updates within the procurement system
  • Assist internal operations teams with procurement requests and issue resolution
  • Communicate with vendors regarding account updates and routine procurement activities
  • Help ensure timely and accurate completion of procurement tasks
  • Support internal supply chain service requests

Required Skills / Abilities:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess a strong work ethic and time management skills

Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Coursework or experience in Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Prior internship or administrative experience is a plus

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a computer.
  • Manual dexterity required for operating office equipment (e.g., computers, phones, fax machines).
  • Visual acuity is required to perform tasks involving computer screens and paper documents.
