About the Role

Job Responsibilities 

  • Maintain quality and integrity of APAC HR master data- understand HR business processes to interpret business requirements.  

  • Support in HR reporting, dashboard creation and scorecard tools.  

  • Ensures data privacy, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive client / employee data reports or information.  

  • Provide support for special projects and tasks as needed, most often relating to employee requirements and records.  

  • Support in HR Data monitoring and control processes, enhancing data accuracy and transaction timeliness. 

  • Support in HR Data analytics and insights projection for reporting and improvement identification.  

  • Performing statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and running queries. 

  • Explore innovation opportunities in accelerating the process efficiency and user experience through digital exploitation such as automation, bots, big data etc. 

 

Requirements 

  • Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Management or any related discipline 

  • Strong analytical, research, & problem-solving skills. Ability to deal with ambiguity & formulate root cause analyses on potential issues  

  • Understands data structures and able to recognize patterns within data and information; detail oriented, organized  

  • Experience with MS Office applications. Track records of working with MS Excel specifically with pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP’s, graphs, etc 

  • Experienced in using data reporting and visualization tools, e.g. Power BI (data modeling, data expressions, data visualizations), Tableau, Visier, SQL, etc. 

  • Experienced in various automation platform such as UiPath, PowerApps is a plus 

  • Knowledge in programming skill is a plus
